The big open question right now is what does a normalized interest rate environment do to their earnings power for a lot of these infrastructure plays that have some component of debt to them. And again, I think they've tried to focus on plays that can maintain a real earnings yield,. But there's always lag effects there and it's not perfect. So it'll be interesting to see how it plays out over the next five, 10 years for them.
