Product Management - How to Balance the Needs of the Stakeholders

The product manager is the advocate of that end user. But then there are needs of shareholders and stakeholders various internal teams. As a product person, as you say, my focus most and foremost is on the customer. That's where it begins and ends with me. And one of the things i've learned is not to forget about these other lenses. So for instance, if i assess an opportunity, yes, i will look at th customery impact - but does it also help achieve business goals? Do we need to consider anything intoms to go to market?...
