The Importance of Rest and Elevation

In English it's called the radius and the ulna. I broke those unfortunately, I fractured them. When you're laid up, you are literally laying a bed, pretty much doing nothing. This past week I had surgery on my arm and they were able to put a metal plate and metal pins in my arm to correct the bones.
