The First Ward: The Big Fish

The first ward was the mob's ward. Everyone knew it. The fbi had been trying to incriminate him for 20 years, and they'd gotten nowhere. Ironically, bob's big break came from his brother, bill cooley. Bill had a client with a property in the first ward that needed resoning. When rody discovers that bill is bob's brother, he suggests cryptically that bob should call him. And then one day, years after cultivating sources, the phone rings and a voice says, go to councillor's row. Little did carol marine know she was about to cross paths with bob cooley and the fbi.
