What's the Standard of a PhD Program?
Phd programs differ topening where you are in the world. In the united states, they often have two years of course work. But outside the course work will you do as you write a dissertation. The book must make a substantial original contribution to h literature. And what that means is you must say something that nobody else has said before and you must argue it well. It's not ripping off somebody else or re-inventing the wheel. You're collaborating this process of getting to know the truth.
