The Night of the F4's Phase Down

The F4 was sitting out of trim pad which is on the east gate side and it's not very far I'm probably 30 maybe 40 yards from the east gate itself. The object caught my eye because of the lights was rotating counterclockwise which we don't have aircraft that does that It has that type of lighting system so I had looked at it and it was definitely unfamiliar to me as I never seen anything like it before.
