Trello's Acquisition of Dial Hairs

Atlassian Corp on Monday said it agreed to buy privately held Trello Inc for 425 million dollars. Trello's product is a collaborative digital whiteboard that lets far flung colleagues organize projects, create to do lists, and assign tasks. It began as an internal project management tool that was spun off from Fog Creek software Inc in July 2014.
