Hybridized Work - What Do You Think?

Sasha is celebrating her ten year, i love this phrase that she uses, her remot iversary. She has been working for nine years, longer than the rest of us, in a fully remote way. And so sash and i have both shared that we think the future is all about this hybridized work. For us, we're not going back to the same old normal. That's going to be a new normal.
