If you try to mix the two, you're all, as my dad used to say, yo, get all fo blunget which a good yiddish word. All i want to find out on a prospect call is whether or not you are interested. It's just getting to the root of getting people to open up on what problems you want to solve. You got to be totally up front in facing with them.
