Is Your Idea a Good Idea or a Bad Idea?

I've worked on initiatives where our leadership has had to call me into the room and say, give up. And that's brutal because it's a great idea. It's just maybe some things are slightly out of your control. That's hard for me to deal with. So it's a timing thing now. I'd always rather be ahead than behind.
