How Did You Come Out of the Womb of Theater Kid?
I wasn't really in a Hollywood family. My mother had acted as as a teenager and she was a big cinephile. She kind of just wanted to be a mom for a while, have a few jobs, but maybe not really a career. But I think that she did like the idea of being involved in it and being close to it. And my father was an aviation nerd. So he liked the aviation history,. But he was an engineer at a TV station. His grandparents moved out to California too. They were looking for a toothpaste commercial for like real families. It's okay if you don't watch musicals. You can still enjoy cabarets or assassins.
