What's Your Self Care Routine?
I'm always walking around with a water bottle, really trying to get that water intake in for the day. Basic deep breathing definitely one of my go tos. And i journal pretty regularly and write about whatever's in my mind,. And i really try to practise self compassion. I really try to be kind to myself always. Sometimes it's easier said than done but i would say those are kind of my bigger things that i try to practise consistently.
