How to Train Your Forearms
On average, I'll do anywhere between 12 to 15 sets per body part per week. But arms are always about nine, maybe 10 or 11 because they're getting hit with all the other stuff. It's like it would be over training almost, or waste of time for me to do as many sets for my biceps. And forearms, I do way even way less,.
