Running on the Trails Is Beneficial for Your Training
I've run so many hills. I mean Auckland is just hills everywhere. It's a hard place to find a flat section around where I've always trained. But then in saying that I would sometimes travel in the car for 45 minutes to get to a set of trails to just do something different. Throughout my time of yeah wherever it may be I just want to change things up and try new places to run. And I think that's really helped me over my career is just hitting the mind fresh.
