Is There a Challenge With Single Cell Methods?

I think we're just scratching the surface still, to be honest. There will be more innovation merging these things and then learning to prioritize. And eventually I think the more future challenge would be to make use of all this information. How do we go from all these different multiromic techniques into creating a real, affordable, fast diagnostic test for a given disease? That's another set of challenges.
