Rates made a one percent plus move lower there's no more QE mortgage backed security market they're not really buying or or doing anything too much there but mortgage fell with the treasury yield so I try to just focus on that because it doesn't really make sense. There are dislocations at times where you know we can see the mortgage rates start to go lower maybe bond yields are still rising, he says.
