What's the Difference Between Yuzu and Lemons?
Yuzu and lemons are a completely different thing. I don't want people to start putting Yuzu in everything because it, as a dominant flavor, it fucking sucks. It's like bacon on the burgers. You bite into a burger with a bacon in it and it just tastes like bacon. Lime has always been the beta lemon. Put it on everything. That's why I love it. But now that I've lived in Japan for two years, Yuzu slaps man.
