In the recent few years, there have been a few new native languages like Go and Rust. Do you think these pose a challenge to JVM languages? Is it just really an apples and oranges sort of thing? Well they bring a lot of interesting new features. That's definitely a challenge for the JVM. But other language features that are in Rust could certainly be done on the J VM.
