The Language of Symbolism

Rituals in the tauric eastern traditions are based on symbolism. You make offerings of water and smoke to invoke certain deities that represent certain states called rosas, which are a sort of prim primordial feeling states. If you work with the red gods, you're working with passion, energy, love. And if you work with a black protector, you're also working with destroying excess or emptying it out.
