Film Review - Is This a Handheld?
We decided early on, it's not film that we wanted handheld. It wasn't documentary realism. So that whole sequence going into Mexico and back, we basically shot with a Libra head that was not perfect because just the state of it wasn't so great. And then when we did a lot of the interiors and the car, even when the cars were static, I shot that handheld just to let it have a little bit of float. Because I feel like that is something that's very... It really lends the sequence a certain amount of excitement and tension, dark excitement.
