LZ Granderson: A lot of what you teach is MLP or neuro-linguistic programming. He says it's a technique that can be used for good or bad, depending on the person who uses it. LZ: When I teach MLP, I put the word evolved in front of it because when I lead it, it's guided with the wisdom of the heart and the wisdom of love. "We can only use any powerful tool from a state of love," he says.
