CNS Surveillance in CNS Disease

I know you've written about and I think you have one other case that relates to the issue of surveillance in these patients. Ben how do you actually follow this lady? So the initial follow-up was sort of mandated by the clinical trial so that's sort of a little bit more intensive than we would usually do. Ross any comments about this case and also I don't know if we're going to get to it but I mean she really asked Ben how he's been tracking this patient. What do you do different Ross?
