The Importance of Table Manners in College

My parents were a first gen college students and that from when you were very little. My dad was working at a teacher training college when I was young. So for me it normalised the fact that university was there. Both of them ended up at university and enjoyed it and benefited from it. But they did it in a way that it was they kind of knew what to expect whereas of course when they went to university they got no idea. It's not just sitting there on an open day hearing a lecture it's actually noticing what students dress like and talk like  on campus.
