I think it's just an opportunity for people who can see outside the box yeah. I know of a real estate agent that we talked to on another podcast where her whole business model is talking to helping buyers figure out how they can buy a house and also get a loan for an ADU in the back so that they can afford the house. Another broker I just recently interviewed really is going hard into property management because property management while it is difficult and it's very different business it is a way to recession proof your brokerage since people are always going to be renting.
