The American Expedition to the Sudanese Capital Khartoum
There's 16-19,000 estimated Americans in the Sudanese capital Khartoum. Many of them are dual nationals and want to get away from fighting. The international community is trying to run these evacuation systems. But they need vehicles, fuel, food and water - none of which are plentiful there.
