The first level is any administrative tasks, right? We've talked about the executive assistant or administrative task. That's a level one kind of replacement ladder. Level two is anything on delivery. And sales is a cool one because you start to get this level of freedom. But with sales, you want somebody else to be responsible for calls and follow up.
