This is a tricky one, because i feel like most of the curiosity in academiat least around whether there is flexibility or not. But i like to look at it from the perspective of workers themselves. So i did ask them this question when they were taking up the jobs,. And i said, you know, how how flexible would you say this platform is? It's crucial, because when you ask a how question, it also allows them to culate what they mean, or what they understand by flexibility at their end.
