Bally saw money in the market, especially after you had the big dedicated console, FAD. They were selling millions of these freaking things and Bally wanted in. So they put this all together when they already had Dave Nutting Associates on the line. And they were really not prepared for the consumer market because it's because Midway doing a coin op games is a different sort of beast entirely.
