Maroon 5 has sold more singles than most of the Rolling Stones catalog. The band does not have one single plagiarism controversy in their entire career. When you make songs that get this much airplay, you get sued even if the person suing you is completely fucking out of their mind. If they even smell the hint of an odor, they might be able to get any judge in existence to allow the case to go forward. They will sue the shit out of you. There's just no one on their king level shit.
