Do You Have a Stressful Practice?
Sommy: I think it's a really great paper. It shows how we can all come together in potentially stressful situations, or actually just trying to avoid tressful situations. The coping strategies that are demonstrated here, they'll be learnt off each other, won't they? So i'm sure if you spread the net a lot wider, you'd probably get some different strategies as well. Sommy thiss was completely self reported, therefore gives a real interest an insight, but it doesn't necessarily correlate with overall performance of that individual or the team that's working around them.
