Coaching Volleyball - I'm All in on This Now
As a coach, I was very much the what you would call an old school coach and in the activities that I used. And so then I started just dabbling in that a little bit, throwing in some of these small sided games,. trying some things out and just saw what I felt was pretty amazing results. So it really only took me like a year to get to a point where I was like, I'm all in on this now in volleyball. Like we're just going pretty much 100% into this idea.
