The Pervasive Mentality Around Fear of Failure

I think there really is a pervasive mentality around being fear of failure. And I think it's really just like we don't have as much of a culture of just shots on gold, even if you fail. The standard narrative of the American dream or what is left of it is not one of self-pioneership at this point. That's something that there is a huge much more greater opportunity for failure but also much greater opportunity for success if more people are aspiring to that and holding that as a standard.
