The Five H's of COVID

We want to go in and take at least a majority of a strip center on a concept that will cash flow. Then use that business that we put into that real estate to ultimately buy the strip center or the center through an SBA loan. We felt like the unique advantage is we could become our own anchor, run those businesses that cash flow pretty well, and take over America was kind of the idea.
