The Rootlessness of Men

The basis of today's stream raging against the dying of the light actually comes from a poem by Dylan Thomas, a Welshman. He wrote this about his father who was struggling with health problems and that few years later he died. And so for me, God is Christ, but when we're talking about all  that we just described about Western culture, it's putting the detritus of darkness over its own self-sustaining growth. So I would argue to you: The logos of God itself are being dimmed; not that it's a diminishment of God himself, but rather an impetus towards further deprivations in society.
