Melbourne's seen having its influence in other parts of the world. You can go down to any high streets, suburb in Melbourne and they're all doing well. The food seems really still very poor in the US. Since it's a sunny day, there's nothing better. People sit out on the street and people watch and slip away on the coffee. We've created a really good meeting space in cafe. It used to be the pub. I always put it down once drink driving, come into Australia and rent a breath test. So what's next for Melbourne?
