Even if everything we do is perfect if they're not using it it doesn't matter They're going to cancel so we have to set up triggers and you know red flags for them. We also created a speaker fee calculator which spits out what your speaking fee should be but what your virtual Fee should be as well. It takes you like two and a half minutes to fill in this thing that is now a tool that solves a problem.
