How to Be a Successful Landlord
If you're not ready to take that real estate plunge, do you recommend working with other landlords and being a team? You can. I have a couple of buildings that in those units, I re-rent the units to Airbnb guests. And over 700 guests, I've never had a problem. So if they're going to take the plunge, look at both venues and see, or both avenues and see which one makes the most sense for them financially.
