Running Is a Good Way to Get Out of Anxiety

Running is usually a good place for me to get that out of my system because mine tend to be I spiral about the spirals themselves yeah. Usually running is a good way to get me out of that and then I'm having those same symptoms but I get to attribute them to something that I'm enjoying doing rather than what's going on in my head. But this morning I totally had exactly that as well where I was like this feels like my breathing is out of control and my heart rate is out ofcontrol. Running can be a space to kind of slightly ruminate on stuff sometimes but I don't know whether I'm totally into it or not so bear with me if I forget one
