On a monday morning, i could sit at my desk ndand get six calls of people about the same teacher. Some callame teacher saaid, i that was the best thing i've ever heard. And some callings say, i can't stand him. Get him out of there. So you can hear tho kinds of report so my first response about those kinds of things is to go to them and get that straightened out. Set expectations, talk about golds, talk about processes. Don't wait until there's a problem to talk to people or have a relationship. That wouldn't go well in a marriage.
