The agent then facilitated the receipt by the Senator's staff of the fraudulent certificates signed by the defendant's fraudulent electors in Michigan and Wisconsin. At 11.15 AM, the defendant called the Vice President and again pressured him to fraudulently reject or return Biden's legitimate electoral votes.
