The Impact of Not Working on a Relationship With Stakeholders
I think one of the important things in building products is strengthening those feedback loops with stakeholders. And I said this earlier, but there's probably some opportunities missed earlier where as a product team, we weren't listening as well as we should have been to the customer ops team. But I think that relationship really did strengthen and having ops people, as I said, they weren't called product ops. Now they probably would be that we're working very closely with the product team, but alsovery closely with the customer Ops team.
