It can feel strange to criticize a company's approach when it's achieved, you know, really quite a lot of success. And so although it feels strange to criticize the success, what you see is the missed opportunity. If they'd done the form and they could easily become a billion dollar company, you wouldn't have heard of them,. The whole economics of the entire ecosystem depends on that being the gigantic successes.
