Andi: I try to make every day as much the same as possible, without turning it into a nest that i'm somehownow beholden to and can't live without. And then i also just try to meditate as such, in the sense that i catch myself, you know, noticing the world. And then just wel this works. A and then thre's just other things, like working on where one wants to live. But generally, i like, i like a pretty standard pattern that that is biable and repeats.
