It's okay to let go of the negative emotions, the negative feelings you have towards them. Shame, guilt, you name it. Whatever it is you've been carrying around with you, it's okay to letting go. Why? Because we don't believe that something great can happen twice in our life. We hold on to memories, people, experiences, negative emotions because at some point they were good for us.
In this episode, I talk about what prevents us from moving on. I talk about how to no longer carry around weights with you by realizing that good things do indeed happen more than once in life.
