Transhumanism as a Cult

Most transhumanists would identify as atheistic or secular. But they're nevertheless looking for an afterlife in, again, one of the stupidest of places. It is a shit version of Christianity that survives unaware inside this idiot nightmare belief system of science-fiction materialism because it is all flying cars and crap. I'm going to live forever as a computer program in a flying car. That's fucking dumb. Anyway, transhumanism believes that physical or digital immortality is achieved by transcending our puny human condition. We've looked at the archetype of anything in shape, but we'll look at a bit more of it in a little bit further on in the show.
