How to Run an Inclusive Meeting
When I've been doing the multiple hats in one meeting and we think of how to run an inclusive meeting, I try to explicitly seek difference. So what I do is call on the first person and after they speak, I just I've learned to say it in pretty tight set of words. Can someone articulate a different point of view and then we have diverged early so that we can get to a much higher convergence as opposed to the convergent early to a super low optimum,. Because everybody has heard all of the points of view.
