Is the Absence of China and Russia's President Puton at the Summit a Factor?
Two big world leaders, chinas president she and russia's president puton, who are actually not going to be at the summit. They're often like the biggest road blocks to some of the us. And western lead initiatives or discuss so i'm curious whether you think their absence makes it harder or easier for anything to get done at the Summit. I don't think anybody knows for sure.
