I would say the nutrition aspect and the fitness aspect is not something I'm confident it's not my area of expertise. It's like my personal behind the scenes passion to live a healthy life. A five minute walk has been shown to have incredible health benefits as well as cognitive benefits so we make better decisions. So if you are really truly going to identify and become some type of person like your future self it is the mundane boring shit of like eating moving that will get you there.
