The History of the Army Remote Viewing Program
In 1982, NSCOM terminated their former involvement with the girl flame and the DIA. Army Intelligence then opened up another special access program called Center Lane in 83. The mission of Sunstreak was to undertake operational intelligence application using an aspect of psycho energetics known as remote viewing. SRI International was trying to duplicate these studies that the Chinese was doing with children. Monroe Institute has mentioned several times within these documents, army intelligence paid the Monroe Institute $2,000 to take their army personnel to study with Robert Monroe which it gets really convoluted in there too.
