The High Alignment Follows From the High Autonomy
Briefing is followed by ba briefing. You have to get the alignement first, then you can grant people freedom of action within boundaries and adjust their actions in line with intent. A good woodsman understands all the trees in th knows all the pathways that connect them and the relationships between them. And a really good one may be walking through the wood one day and see a little hole in the bark of one of those trees that tells him that an insect is got in there that could be carrying a deadly disease. That's the detail, which could be deadly. But only a relatively small number of people who pick up experience also skillors it than simply patent recognition.
